Am I eligable for Medical Marijuana?

I have GAD, OCD, and Bipolar depression. I currently use cannabis (illegaly) for my sever anxiety. I take 3mg of xanax (1mg 3X a day) and it barely helps. I was wondering if I would be able to get a 215 card in california or medical cannabis in colorado.
